Im putting in a MSD digital 6 and I have lengthened all the wires so I can mount it under my passenger seat. The diagram shows under FORD IGNITIONS TFI WITH OUT HARNESS

i run the power to the positive and negitive termanals of the battery (self explantory).
Second i run to the coil. Now i have a scremen demon coil do I just disconect the two wires that are there now and forget about them and connect the MSD wires

but i have no idea where the second red and white wires get connected to????

need help please, I know this might seem dumb but have never attempted wiring in a vehicle but only way you learn is by doing

the two wires that are currently plugged into the coil, get plugged into the read and white wires, then the orange and black, go to the coil itself

 

oh ok thanks alot that makes scense !! I am using the correct diagram for a 1991 fox right?
though what MSD calls directions is a joke especially for someone who is learning ; thank god for this forum!!! also in the diagram there is no 12v power but in the front it section it states that one of the wires gets connected to the ignition 12v lead. Do I need this I am not running no2 just using it for ignition and rev limitor for now

 

you are seriously struggling with reading the diagram?... its like, stuff a 3 year old could grasp...

I didnt think this was very complicated at all..

 

ya I have the diagram. And the orange and black i got, but the red and white appeared to connect to a harness somewhere else. There are no written directions just a picture. Thanks for the explanation, I not a mechanic just tryin to do all the work myself.

Plus my diagram did not have DISCONNECT FROM COIL which would have helped out a hell of alot
