Squeaks Terribly!

Squeaks Terribly!
I have a 95GT, and let me tell you, it squeaks bad.
When I turn, it squeaks, when I hit a speedbump it squeaks, any change in the pavement at low speeds...it squeaks.
I was really aggravated today and got underneath it with a can of WD40 and sprayed just about everything I could see and the problem persists.
Why would it squeak so badly? I've been told it was the A-Frame Bar (no idea what that is) or my bushings.
Can anyone give me suggestions? Pricing for such things and what you think could be the problem?

My mechanic diagnosed such problem with what he called "bionic ears". It a tool that you clip on to where you think your problem is, and it intensifies the sound via a speaker. You go from there to where your sound is the loudest. I dont know If you know what I'm talking about ^^^^ One of these guys do I'm sure, but it can help immensly in diagnosing this issue.

Alright, I messed with it ALLLLL day, and finally figured something out.
It's only on the passenger front side, and when I press down on the body, it squeaks. I can bounce the front up and down and it squeak like it's going all to hell.
What would this problem be?

I had a mechanic tell me the following thing:
"use the slit the boot method and sprayed white lithium in there"
can anyone explain this to me? a friend told me that I had to cut a hole in my bushing boot and use white lithium in them, that it's a quick fix.
Only problem is, I have no idea what a bushing boot looks like, or where I can locate it.

I'm 100% sure it's the ball joint man. And if your lookin for a quick fix. Just locate the ball joint, tap into it with a drill bit, add a grease sert, and shoot grease into it. Problem should go away instantaneously.
