Motor Mounts

I was looking if someone could help me out with some motor questions.. I am putting a 5.0 from a 1988 LX into a 1985 GT and will they have the same motor mounts?? I also have aftermarket headers on the engine and was wondering if they dont rub in the engine bay of the 1985.. will it be the same for the 1985..? Because i am painting the engine bay soon and i dont want to have to grind and make things fit after it is all painted.What would you reccomend for motor mounts?

everything should be the same and fit just fine

Id suggest you get 94-95 5.0 mounts. they are designed better.

That is the first time I have ever heard someone suggest getting 94/95 mounts for a fox. Never knew they would work but I guess its one of those obvious it should things.
