if everything is installed correctly then use an adjustable cable, I like using a firewall set up with an adjustable cable = spot on adjustment

Berserker, Adder has been around for a very long time on this board. Nine out of Ten times he will be correct, I will bet you money on that. Is he being a lil bit of a butthead lol yea but that's because this is a simple task to perform. The fact is you did something wrong and we have to help you figure it out without looking at your car in person. Your first mistake is not resurfacing the flywheel. It's $50 or less to have it done. Then don't be cheap and re-use the old flywheel bolts. Another $15-30. Who cares about that. It's safety so you don't end up loosing your feet. Anyway like stated you have the TOB in wrong, the fork is not on the pivot ball correctly, or the cable is to tight. If you have a firewall adjuster there is no need for an adjustable cable. Also I am not sure on the brand clutch. Someone tell me is this a good clutch?
