Keep clutch depressed while doing test, no 67 code.33 memory. 94-44 do you have the thermactor system ? Diverter valve is inoperative check for proper vacum. EVR for egr still there? Does it have vacum and getting signal to turn on off? The cam requires a tune because of the duration and lift. You used too big a bumpstick for stock ecm.

I do have the thermactor setup still in place, but the cast GT40 heads don't have ports on them for the balance pipe, but I put it on anyway so I won't get hassled come inspection time. Is this my problem?

My cam, XE276HR is too big for stock ecm? Engine builder said it's about as big as I can go WITHOUT requiring tuning.

Problem found!! After spending much of the midnight hours searching forums, I found one area that I haven't checked - the salt & pepper shakers.

I cleaned & dielectric greased them both.....low and behold, HUGE diff!! While it idles 95% better it's still not perfect, but this was a MAJOR jump in the right direction.

Thanks for all the input guys!

Two connectors with a mess of wires attached to intake. Size of salt and pepper shakers.

thats because, as much as the fox guys dont want to admit it... Ford fixed alot of the mistakes they made with the foxes, when they built the SN-95.

wiring was one major improvement, as was the accessory design, brake systems, and uni-body strength
