How Much Compression with Blower?

RE: How Much Compression with Blower?
Thanks for the info on the compression. Perhaps the guys at the shop were referring to a regular 302, not an HO. Or perhaps I just misunderstood all together.
So if I'm at 10 to 1, it would probably be a good idea to put a thicker head gasket on it to lower compression back closer to stock?
And since the E cam is high lift, your saying it would be better to go to a lower lift cam, such as a stock cam? Would a B cam do anything for me? (the B is lower lift but more duration than the E, correct?)

there is no perfect ratio, it all depends on the static compression, which is determined by the cam profile, overlap will change the static Cratio. many people say 9.0:1 is too high for boost but it will be fine unless youre running more than 10-12psi. i would be more worried about the tune after the blower than the CR.
