ok i have a 93 Ford with a 306 and some other goodies but the main problem is when i try to start it up it wont turn over i have the whole Msd ignition kit and im still having problems the temperature here is about 22degrees could this be the problem.

 

ill tell ya one thing... its not the fact that its only 22 degrees.

 

if the car wont turn over at all, check your battery
