Default throttle body questions

ok i got a 86 gt stock except a cold air intake. i have a stock throttle body and want to upgrade this summer i believe its 58mm now. what should i get for the next step up?

there is no need to upgrade with your stock h/c/i components. You will just be wasting money.

well im gunna get a new upper intake this summer, what should i get and i dont know how the whole throttle body works with that, does that come with the the new intake or is it separate

the only intake i know of that comes with a throttle body is the bbk i would go with the trick flow but we need to know what r the plans for the car

ok well right now for the next couple years im gunna drive it as a daily driver, im in high school. i just want an upgraded upper intake from stock but not so upgraded that i need to go deeper in the engine, like i said i just want a little bit more power then stock lol. then later in life i wanna do pistons, push rods, lifters, that stuff.

if you are in high school, and plan to DD it. I'd suggest you save your money for when the car breaks... or for when you crash it.

I agree with adder and primetime. Save money for fixing it. Also you keep saying you want to change the upper. You can't just change the upper, you have to change upper and lower intakes. You kinda have an oddball year mustang. A lot of the stuff on that motor is only on 86 mustangs. Check out four eyed pride.com for a lot of knowledgeable people over there that live and die for four eyed stangs and other early fox bodies.
