Default is this combo recommended

i have a 1990 vert 5.0., explorer intake and gt40p heads(untouched),trick flowstage one, 65mm tb, u/d pulleys, bbk shorties, stock catback, electric fan, no a/c , 5-sp and 3.73's. i live in canada and there is no track anywhere near me.does anyone have a similar combo, curious what it would run and the hp estimate. the engine is very healthy.

i dont want this car to extreme, thinking maybe a 6psi vortecg and call it quits.
Then start building a gt hatchback. gt hatback with twin-turbo are the bomb.

thats kinda like my combo. thats a very stout combo and should make close to mid 200s at the wheels. with that much power low 13s are very possible and dpending on the car a high 12
