Default Port and polish a stock 5.0 intake

Hey guys my question is would it be worth my time to port out my stock 5.0 mustang intake manifold upper and lower. Because i was thinking about taking it to the local machine shop and having them do it right. I have ported my throttle body on my caprice but i want to have the shop do it right. SO my question is should i just go get cobra/ trick flow/ edelbrock intake manifold or should i just port it out

you can see my mods under my name i think or on my page its mostly bolt on and not much of it Thanks

Not worth the money or time in my opinion. Just pick up a used Holley systemax upper and lower or any of the ones you mentioned. Just my $.02

You ported your tb? So how did that work for you? Do not ask about doing anything to your stock intake , other than selling it for scrap. Quit smoking that crap and making these posts. After you sleep it off try again.

reading is fundamental bubba, qoute "I have ported my throttle body on my CAPRICE" stop being such an smartass to new guys, everyone out in the world is not a autophile, the kid asked a simple question that warrants a simple answer, and that'd be no, the stock intake is almost as much of a boat anchor as the e7 heads
