Default window issues

Hi, i have 2 separate problems,

1. the passenger rear window does not work, i took off the panel and when i press the window button the rod which comes out of the motor tries to turn but it acts like its stuck....does that in both directions

2. the front windows are jerky when i roll them up, ok when they go down.

any ideas?

There is obviously a bind with the window, or motor is worn out. Look at the one that is working to see if anything is different. With the jerky windows, grease the tracks. If that doesn't work, you can adjust the pressure on the glass.

sounds like something in the motor gave up if it makes noise but doesn't move. The jerking probably is a bind somewhere or possibly a loose window track inside the door.
