Default high idle problems

i have a 95 cobra with high idle problems. it has an e303 cam and i have already did a base idle reset and it still does it. i set the idle a 1000rpm when in neutral because of the cam it has.when you are coming to a stop and push the clutch in it drops or goes up to around 1800rpm then returns to normal after being stop for about 10 sec ive cleaned the throttle body and iac motor and set the tps to.97 volts idk what else to do so if you have any solutions i would really like to know thanks!

1000 rpm is wrong. you should be setting it around 675, and dont argue that you need to put it that high because of the cam... thats complete nonsense

also, drop your TPS voltage down to about .8-.9v

+1 on the 1000rpm idle because of a cam swap! Mine loves 850! On a sn car you have iac adjustment plus you have the throttle screw. The throttle stop should barely touching the the stop, that with a tps voltage of .980-.999 should get you the correct idling rpms! did you adjust the iac? it controls the amount of air bypassed for idling, that can cause you to have a idle hunt!
Remember every car will be different you have to find your happy medium what your ecm and sensors like!

dont dick with the IAC motor.

redo the base idle reset. The reason I call bull**** on the idle bump because of a cam swap, im running a rather healthy cam in my cobra, and itll idle at 750 all day long

The iac dosent have the adjustment on it, it is built in the TB. Most of the time it is under a teflon plug.

But if it is right now dont bother it! I have a decent healthy cam also and i dont have any issues with it!

.580 with a 232/244 duration!
