Default low voltage? running poor

I recently put in a Billet MSD distro and now it runs poorly like missfiring under certain situations. essentially with lights on and or A/C on it runs as though its running out of fuel or the battery is dieing.
With no accessories on it runs like this until the car is at operating temp. Checked the battery voltage and it was at:
12.3 post to post, car off
no accessories, car at idle 13.4
A/C on car at idle 12.8
A/C and lights on car at idle 12.5

I am going to run it up to autozone and have them test it, but i dont know if swapping to a
3g alternator will screw with checking it.
lastley, it does not do this with the factory distro...

Well, it should run at 12v so you may just have a faulty dizzy. There are not a lot of benefits from the MSD dizzy unless the bushings are worn out in the stock one. I would just put the stock one back in and drive it.
They can still load test the alt. even if you converted it to a 3G. My junkyard 3G conversion never drops below 13.1v at idle with the a/c and lights on.

Well I dont get it, I swapped TFI modules and it runs just fine, and now the voltage is 1v higher for everything, example at idle no accessories its 14.15, with AC an lights its 13.5..i dont get it. but now it has a crappy idle like bouncing idle till it dies..i need to sell this thing lol
