Default Suspension Difference

How much of a difference would i see in times if i had upper/lower control arms put on?? My times are pretty bad right now cuz i cant launch at all, so would the control arms make a big enough difference to be able to launch the car? My biggest problem is my launch, ive been rolling out really slow and then getting on it and it doesnt spin much then.. i already have some drag radials, their old but im not gunna change them till next season... Would upper/lower control arms be worth it for $200 installed??

If your bushing's are worn out there will be a good increase in traction, along with better wheel hop control which is one of the most reason for bad wheel spin,U/L control arms are a great mod for they money, also what kind of DR's are you running, air pressure, burn out etc.....

the bushings are completely shot.. im running Nitto 555R Drag Radials with like 18 PSI, they have a lot of time on them right now, in other words they are shot, but i got the launch down pretty good to where i dont spin if i roll... yes i do a burnout on them in first gear on the street and in second gear at the track, still not good enough, i have stock upper control arms and south side machine lower control arms, which are like 7 years old or sumthin like that... the bushings are so shot that when i move foward you can hear a clunking in the back...

I would just replace the bushing's in the lower's and get adjustible uppers,of course the worn out nittos are not helping much but 15psi seems like a better pressure for the nittos and just burn out until you start to see smoke and try to avoid dry hops...

Get the control arms. Are the dr's showing the belts? If not the more beat a dr is the better it works, most times, the reason is that the sidewall flexs more as the tire gets older, acting more like a slick.
