I'm looking at swaping my Fox over from a c4 three speed to a TKO 600 5 speed. Aside from the obvious changes from a Auto to 5 speed swap (pedels, link, clutch, safty switch) is there any changes id need to make to fit the TKO in?

Check driveshaft length, might need adjustment. TKO-600 also has 31-spline output shaft I believe so you'll need a yoke (I did coming from a t5). Bellhousing, flywheel, probably a few other things...

There has been quite a bit of discussion on tremec tko/3550 swaps on some of the other bigger boards. Do a search on them for Tremec vibration and read the info related to pinion angle and moddifing the trans tunnel.
