Help! Blinker problem..

Exclamation Help! Blinker problem..
When I have the key turned in the on position front and back right blinkers work and the left front blinker works. The left back blinker doesn't but all the are good. When I start my car blinkers don't come on at all...Any help would be great. Would hate to put my car in the shop for an easy fix. Thanks.

My best guess is its a relay issue. I would look at the blinker wiring diagram and see if the relay is working correctly.
