Whats funny is that the Ls1 guys have very few if any problems with the MAC headers, it could be because not many people use them as they are mid-lengths and almost everyone that has an LS1 uses longtubes. I did have a set of MAC's that I never put on my car and looked to be ok quality wise. It wierd that so many Stang guys have trouble with them. I will say this though, the MAC catback that Sidewayz had on his 99 GT sounded really good.

Yea, mac midlengths supposively fits likes a dream on LT1's and LS1's but again its different cars here. Im sure you will like the BBK's cause my friend has them and they sound good plus he said they fit great and not to mention they look real nice.

kinda worthless to put midlenghts on Fbodys. LTs are the way to go but funny thing is stock GEN III manifolds actually flow very well. the gain of LTs over stock manifolds on a GEN III motor was like 2hp

I got more like 15 rwhp but that removing the cats and going with a better Y-pipe as well, the Vettes have the best flowing manifolds.

jd I bet that was what we call ear horsepower as it sounds like 15 more hps

guy like any other thing made for nothing there will be defects..even in JBA headers that cost twice as much even kook that cost about 4 times as much

but as far as any plug wires burning is the users fault
