Default What does this plug into?

Simple question here...just got done rebuilding my 5.0 and for the life of me I can't remember what this plugs into. There is nothing even close to being around it to plug it into.

If somebody could tell me or better yet email me a picture I'd highly appreciate it. I'm getting an intermitant check engine light poping on and off with next to no engine problems other than a minor vacuum leak I need to find. But I need to rule out all other possibilities by eliminating this plug as causing the problem.

email is jthorner1986@hotmail.com

Oh, obviously I'd need pics for a 94/95 GT or Cobra, doesn't matter.

Well it's two plugs instead of one, I thought the same too but I could of sworn it was pluged into something.

You use both plugs when plugging into a tester.

Now is that a different tester from the OBDI port inside the car that pulls codes?

It's the same tester but it had the ability to switch between OBDI and OBDII cables with the use of different cards. It's called an NGS. Ford used them for a long time. I still have one and use it.

Ahh...Ok thanks for clearing that up.

Now with that said the check engine light is coming on then turning back off ever 2 or 3 minutes...any ideas?

The car is also loaping a little bit at idel. Hooked my timing light up and the RPMs are fluctuating between 680-780 rpms with an average of around 740 but they're jumping all over the place.

it's the eec 4 test plug for pulling codes and the small one is part of it too......the one in the car on sn-95's is obd 2 and on 5.0's is non functional, that was for v-6 models

So in short it's a paper weight and the only spot to pull codes is from the OBD port correct?
