Default 347 power?

I was just wondering if anyone knows how much power you can get out of a built NA 347 engine. Any kind of guess or anyone who has this kind of engine that knows. Thanks for the help.

I've seen guys on the forum post that they've made at or near 400rwhp. I hope to get close to that with the combo I am building. If not, I'll change somethings in the future. But I'll enjoy my combo for a while 1st.

I know I plan on building a lower comression (8.5:1) 347 to make it boost friendly. Hopefully with it just being N/A I squeek out at least 325hp. I know obsolete here on the boards has a 331 built with 8.5:1 that makes what 311 N/A hp?

The compression ratio depends on both the combustion chamber size of the heads and also the type of pistons used. "Milling" the heads reduces the combustion chamber size and increases compression, as does using different types of pistons (flat, domed, dishe etc.)
