Default Edelbrock Performer intake...

Hey everyone, I just bought my cuzin a Edelbrock Performer intake from my work and I got a little Jelous.
Im thinking about buying one too, and ditching my Cobra intake.
Couple of questions.
If I do buy it:
1. Will it give me noticable HP.
2. How much more better than Cobra intake?
3. Should I get the 75mm throttle body with it?
4. People who have it how do you like it?

LOL ... And the Performer isn't "much more better" then the Cobra.
Slight changes like that won't matter until you get some heads that flow.

Ah, ok.... Ok in my cuz's case he has a bone stock car, 89 GT hatch, will it make a big difference then?

Also in my case Im trying to reach the 300 HP mark, If I do decide to get that intake and buy a Set of Edelbrock heads will I be able to hit that mark? What else would I need. I already have the Full Exaust and gears. Plus K&N Filter. Or should I just keep my Cobra intake? What else do I need to get?

Im only asking because Im getting good money right now and Where I work I can Get 25% off any engine parts I want.

Please get me info.

According to tests, it flows just slightly better than a cobra intake (210 cfm vs 200 cfm[93 Cobra] vs 198 cfm [94-95 Cobra]). You won't notice much difference on a stock motor. The 75mm is too big for you right now. I have a Cobra intake. My brother has the Edelbrock intake with GT40 heads, E303, and a paxton and made 376rwhp and 388rwtq. I guess he loves it!

300 at the wheels.

Ok one more important Question that I need answered please... K here goes..... I have this hook up at work with an accociate of mine and I was talking to her about getting a set of Edelbrock performer heads she then asked me what kind I wanted either the:

60cc-170cc- 1.90/1.60 Edelbrock Performer heads
or
60cc- 170cc- 2.02/1.60 Edelbrock Performer heads

I had no clue to what she was saying so I told her I would get back at her with more info, so now im asking you guys, Which one should I get?

Please tell me Im going to be purchasing these heads in the next 2 weeks.

Im running allmost about stock, 1987 Ford Mustang GT Vert, everything except the Cobra Intake, Headers, O/R x-Pipe, Magnaflow exaust, and K&N filter. Plus 13 degree timing as of tonight.
