Default help please

I recently took the head out of my motor cause one valve broke i wasn't getting any compression on #5 and make little dings in the top of the piston could this be a problem or can I just reinstall the head after is fix please I need some advise please here is a pic...

Take a small file and smooth off the edges of the burrs, it'll be fine. Even some fine grit sandpaper...

do I need to resurface the cylinder head? the engine only has 2350 miles is a remanufactured engine

Shouldn't have to, no. Clean up the gasket mating surfaces with a non abrasive material and that should be all you need.

this engine damage should be cover by warranty ? I call the shop where I got the engine from and they say as I install the engine and Im not a certified technician that voids the warranty and I never got any warranty papers what should I do?

They are correct. Any warranty claims must be filed by a licensed shop, and the shop has to be the one to install it originally. You're pretty much screwed there, unless you have a buddy who owns a shop.
