this engine damage should be cover by warranty ? I call the shop where I got the engine from and they say as I install the engine and Im not a certified technician that voids the warranty and I never got any warranty papers what should I do?

They are correct. Any warranty claims must be filed by a licensed shop, and the shop has to be the one to install it originally. You're pretty much screwed there, unless you have a buddy who owns a shop.
