Ford Racing Dipstick reads high?

Ford Racing Dipstick reads high?

Tell me it's normal for my new Ford Racing Chrome oil dipstick to read high from the "set" position (rides deeper)...who has one and can verify this for me?

I know the stock ones do not sure about that one?

Opposite side of hash marks make new oil level marks. I used a ingraver.

I had same issue. I laid the stock dipstick next to the new one and made new marks.

Already chucked the old one so I'll do another oil change & engrave the stick with the correct level...thanks

Yup, had the same issue with my Chevelle and a chrome tube.
Just changed the oil and made my new line.

If you have your old dipstick or know the capacity of your oil for your next oil change then your ok.
