Its the pump. Sorry someone more knowledgeable didn't come in here sooner.
The stock rated fuel pump can put out 80psi when its fresh. Pressure regulators lower the pressure when they're working. When they aren't, the pressure is high. Your problem was never the regulator, it's always been the pump.

Im cursed!! I wanted to take my car to my folks house 2day kuzz thats where i do my mechanics.., well as im on my 5-8 crank my starter takes a crap.., It got stuck and all i hear is click, click strait from the starter..., AAHHHHHH...AAAHHHH

Well still no luck., i dont know what to do from here? Iv changed the fuel pump, filter, regulator., oh and starter because the other one decided 2 go out since i keep crankin and crankin. What should i look 4 here.,? Im beggining 2 think that my prob is some small stupid thing., im done 4 now!

Did you recheck your fuel pressure #'s after installing the new pump? I'm curious what they are. As said before, you should attain optimal pressure(mid 30's) as soon as the pump turns on. You were getting readings of 10 before.
One last thing that could cause a drop in pressure is the pump feed hose. The 3 inch section of rubber hose that connects the pump to the pickup tube. If that leaks, you'll have a pressure drop like you've described.

Will do.., i work alot thats why i take full advantage of my days off..., i will be off early manana so ill let you know the #'s but what if i still have 10psi on prime..? I have no leaks, no smells.
