Default Left wheel knock?

Hey I just bought a 92 lx and have had it for a week. It sounds like there is a knock coming from the back left wheel at every speed. It's not that loud but it's annoying. Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks!

Does the knocking increase with speed? Probly a wheel bearing goin out on it. but it could be a broken break shoe or bad drum . Best thing to do is pull it apart and see if anything is wrong. Maybe a bent dust cover hard to say with out hearing it. Just have to dig in an start checkin it all out.
also wanted to add If the knock is not speed related you need to start checking your bushings out.

My rear brakes are bad and I know that, but I didn't know that they could cause a knock. Well I will have to do some diagnosing, thanks a ton!

Hey it turns out that the lug nuts were getting loose and they just needed some real tightening. It's never something this simple!

Thanks for the comments!
