Okay so ive got a 1983 mercury capri5.0 with t tops, anyway today after work i go out to get in my car and when the workers were mowing they managed to launch a rock through my pass side window. Aside from a few minor parts most everything is the same as a mustang and i now need a window and was wondering if anyone knew if the glass from a convertible mustang window will work. As i really cant afford to drop several hundred on a new one I'm hoping it will, anyway i know of a few junkyards in the area where i can get one from a mustang for like $40. Thanks.

 

Nope. T-top door glass is separate to all others, as far as I can tell.

who ever was mowing should pay for it...either that or comp insurance if you have it...

there is a door glass on ebay right now way over priced imho...ive seen a couple of ttop cars that last few times ive been to the junkyard
