loose clutch cable?

loose clutch cable?
parts i have- oem style cable from A-zone, After market wall adj.
Ok guys well i replaced my clutch cable to an oem stile from autozone, installed it very easilly., but now iv noticed something since then (1 month ago), My cable keeps getting loose?
Heres what i did.
When i installed this cable i had to have someone in the car holding the clutch pedal up away from floor which would gave me plenty of slack to connect the cable to the fork. Also when doing this my adj on the firewall was not adj and was closest to the firewall.
Initially it worked fine for about a week until i noticed the pedal kinda loose and started adjusting the wall adj.., so did this every morning untill i ran out of adjustment on the firewall adjuster? Reset the pedal again and it was fine for another week.
My problem is that i have done this 3 times now in the last month and quite frankly im getting sick of it.
Could my quadrant be going bad?
should i buy a new quadrant?
Iv heard oem style is better than adj style cables, and iv noticed from personal experience that the oem cable is much much softer and smoother than the adj cable, but will change over if i have to.

I am going through the same situation. If I bump the petal from the bottom I have to readjust the quadrant. It's a real pain in the but. If you don't readjust it you're not going anywhere. I have a Steeda double hook clutch quadrant on the way and can't wait to put it on. That will alleviate the constant readjustment. Here's the sticky on how to replace it...https://mustangforums.com/m_1331822/tm.htm
