Default noob?

Hey mf, first post im planning on replacing my clutch do to my screaming throw-out bearing. I'm set on the exedy mach 350 clutch kit unless you guys have a better altternative for me. my main question is is it necessary to get my flywheel turned when doing this?thankyou

That's a question of subjectivity. It needs to be measured for thickness and looked over for spider cracking(junk) or pitting(turn).

As far as that clutch goes, never heard of it. Most of us around here stick to Centerforce, Ford Racing, Zoom, etc..

Thanks, that's about what i figured, but a buddy of mine insisted i had too, the reviews i read on the exedy said it was the best in the price range around 185$ plus it claims to come with a ford racing hd throw-out bearing, if that means anything

I've never had problemqs with exedy with all of my friends, it holds up with a lot of mods, I say do it.

Due to the exedy being out of stock at latemodel restoration i went ahead and ordered the ram hdx kit. Can't wait to get it, install it, then go back to driving my car.
