either a shorter belt, or a smog eliminator. theyre about 50 bucks. might be the headers. when you put on new headers, or even take off the old ones, you have to tighten up the header bolts three or four times after running it to really snug everything up. the heat loosens the stuff up, so you have to keep crankin them down.

I just did mine this weekend, It took a 77inch belt to do mine. I roughted it the old way.
Plus Mac Headers are ****! I have to reshaped them with a torch to get them to fit right and keep it from leaking.

hey Black Snake.. you will have trouble iwth taht 77 inch belt man.. i tried it for 1 day and it stretched out and the part where it comes reallly close started to rub.. so i recommened you to get the 84.5 and route it backwards.. as this i am meaning do the opposite way of the crank and fan...

Yeah I still have my A/c And P/S, I did Buy the 84" belt and tried it the new way but it was still hitting on the smog pump.
Then I tried routing it like 86HO with same belt and still didnt work, was too long, So I just did Trial and error to find the right belt and 77" worked I still Keep my old belt in my trunk with some tools just in case it rips.

Oh i gotcha. I didnt do it that way because I heard of people complaining about the tensioner pushing down on the top one and causing the belt to rub against itself right there. I routed mine the bottom way.
