Can someone tell me exactly, step by step, how to reset the computer? Thanks,

take the negative battary cable off and let it sit there for 20 minutes then put the cable back on and start the start and let it run without tuoching the gas for 3 minutes

the best and fastest way in my opinion is to take off both battery cables and connect them to each other. doing this discharges any capacitors that my be retaining any juice.
