So no re-wiring for thaT one..? Just grind down the bracket and bolt up/plug in and thats it? damn.., then why do the 3g upgrade and re-wiring..?

No there is a couple things you have to do cut and crimp on 3 wires, I didnt have to take the bracket off to make room for the new alternator.
