A/C question emergency

i just bought from summitracing the trick flow A/C eliminator bracket for my 89. the instructions are very unclear to how it installs it says it mounts above the water pump and attaches to the power steering i dont get it does anyone know how this works....

bolts to water pump and head. if its like my march idler relocator

remember this.....there is nothing better then a OEM replacement part. why didnt you just use the stock AC delete from ford. this way you oculd of went to parts stock and said i need a belt for a ac delete stang
