91 foxbody "check" code 91
just bought my first foxbody 5.0 with some mods
-msd distributer and coil
-hooker shorty headers
-bbk cold intake
-b&m shortshifter
-electric fac
-mishimoto radiator
so my problem is when I drive around a while the "check" engine come on the car still continue to run just fine but when I go to floor it it just boggs out and when I release a bit it picks up but I cannot floor at all what soever..... need help any input will be appreciated thanks in advance...

Do post in the Tech section, but since you're here already...
Check the TPS sensor - it's located on the throttle body. The sensor can fail, be out of adjustment or have bad wiring. Of course, the best/first option would be to get that code read. You can google "reading codes mustang" and find one that has to do with fox body cars. You will basically jumper a couple wires in the harness near the brake booster, then when you turn the key on (don't start), your check engine light will blink in a pattern giving you the code for what is wrong. Back to google and look it up.
