Cammed and dyno tuned!
Finally got my car cammed and dyno tuned. Trickflow stage 1 cam went in. Sadly I couldn't make that 300rwhp mark =(. I made 296 rwhp and 285 rwtq, a little disappointed because my old numbers with a stock cam and no tune were 267 rwhp and 307rwtq so I lost quite a bit of torque but people say that the cam could do that. The car isn't as aggressive and powerful as it was before but it sure does pull harder at higher rpm's and on the highway. Anyone have any thoughts just drop in!

yea the car is a lot better and I feel it pull hard up to about 6200 rpm versus when the power seemed to peak at around 5200 with the stock cam. It just puzzle me how I lost some torque I expected to pick some up with my full trickflow h/c/I. Most of the setups ive seen or watched with other foxbodys have numbers like 310/327,305/347, 293/320, 315/333. Just wish my torque was still up there lol

Trickflow twisted wedge heads, trickflow stage 1 cam , trickflow upper lower intake (street), 24# injectors, cai, 70mm TB, i think i a 73mm mass air with stock sensor, hookerlong tube headers, offroad H pipe, mac mufflers, along with 4:10 gears and a tremec 3550 tranny. Not sure what fuel pump probably a 195.

not quite sure it could be set to stock timing which is 14 degrees? (correct me if im wrong) my car was running like **** back in January because the timing was off 10 degrees and I had a dirty *** air flow, after it was cleaned the car was brought back to life. But about a week later it started feeling a bit choked up again because it wasn't breaking loose too aggressively afterwards so I thought maybe the mass air flow should be changed. ofcourse this was with the stock cam and no tune. Im happy with it right now but the fact that the torque went down from 307 is a real downer =/

how much torque did u make with the 296? im not sure weather I should supercharge or turbo it. how many psi are you on for that 411/355? I mean turbo would be more expensive but I can supercharge it right away along with the supporting mods and fuel system upgrades with my current funds.
