Default Lower intake Problem

The bolt holes that holds down the upper to the lower intake are stripped out and i JB welded studs in them so i can bolt the intake on but on of the bolts keeps coming out and i wanted to know if you know i should do so i can get a tight seal. What can i use to hold those studs in there im going to have to take the studs back out and put in longer ones when i put my spacer on with my tall valve covers im going to get. so what should i do

i'd retap the holes. its really not hard and you can leave the lower intake in place.

make sure to use plenty of oil, and have a steady hand.

replace with a lower intake from a junked model, or just buy a new one stock intakes are only good for so much power, if you trying to get serious power form it go aftermarket most are lik 600 for both upper and lower.

well i cant fix the lower intake so i called Edelbrock to see if i can get another lower intake and the only person that sells the lower intake is Summit for $300 and i can get a new Typhoon from eBay for $300. I wanted to know from the guys who have one how good are the intakes and how much smoothing out you have to do to the runners? thats what i heard you have to do.
