Default wiring harness question

i just got this car and the previous owner put big tire in the front and caused this to happen... I need to know what i can do to fix it? is it part of the main harness and what all does it control if anyone knows. I know my odometer, power driver seat and radiator fan dont work but is it tied to this.

thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum,

What the heck is part of the harness doing in the wheel well ? LOL. You never know what you'll find when buying a used car.

As for that connector, I don't know what its for from that video, but someone here may let you know in a bit.

The odometer is mechanical so that not working means it might have a stripped internal gear if your speedo still works.

Trace the wires for the electric fan to see where the po spliced in. Shouldn't be in the circuit for the power seats as that should be inside the car. Sounds like a can of worms but shouldn't be to hard to figure out. Good luck

Ops, my bad. My minds thinking Foxbody, disregard my comments on the odometer, those may be electrical on SNs, I'm not sure.
