Ok, more newbie questions from an old chevy guy. What the heck is a "catback" system. None of the "rice racing" shops here can give me the same answer. Also, what make a pony wheel a pony wheel. Also being an old hillbilly, I want to go bigger tires with small amount of lift in the back (we never dropped cars) I have tried searching for these answers, but to no avail. I can see the need to not drop the car knowing those city street that have ruts in them*LOL*
catbacks......... A Cat-Back system replaces everything from the H Pipe back to the end of the car.

a cat back is what it says. from the cats back. not everycar has a H-pipe on it. to clear things up

Yes, I am wondering what the tallest widest tire I can stuff under the back without major fender cuts and a small amount of lift if needed. Thanks guys for all the help....Mike

well you dont describe the car. we need to if is a genIII or genIV body. if its lowered or stock height which wheels your running. to many varibles.

or just get out the old yard sticks and start measuring
