Default 1994 5.0L and Some GT40 Mods

I have a 1994 Mustang GT, with Headers, no cats, flowmasters, and 3.73 gears. Thats about it as far as mods go. Its a 5-speed. I have the opportunity to get some GT40 heads for $250. They are unported, newer springs and were cleaned up by NAPA supposedly. Haven't bought them yet, they're a couple hours away. Near them geographically is a decent shape set of lower and upper intakes off an Explorer. I think this should be my next mod. I want to make a little more horsepower, but not spend $1000-$2000 on TrickFlows or anything. Its my dailey driver, Im 18 and headed to college. It will see some track days, but not often, so streetability is a must. I dont think 300 HP is too over the top, but I want to make sure Ill get close to that 300 mark with the heads and intake. Also, with a new cam, can anyone make any reccomendations? Streetable, but a little more free flowing would be nice.

Honestly, I don't think you'll see 300 at the wheels with that HCI swap, unless you going off the crank, then maybe with the right cam and other supporting mods. Still should be a fun street car though.
