Default Cammed?

Hey guys so I took my chip off my 94gt to send it in to reprogram it for recent mods and after i started it, it sounds like it's got a slight cam to it. Why would it all of the sudden sound like it's got a cam after I took the chip out? Could it be the stock tune being messed up or something or could it really have a cam I messaged the previous owner and he said that he didn't know if it did or not

the only way to answer that is to pull the cam.

because its running a stock program with modded parts, its not a cam, its prolly overfueling, or running incorrect timing, thats all
