No, its not over heating either, or atleast the last time it turned on and i kept it on with the gas it didnt heat up, under the heads it looks moist and on one side it looks kind of wet, but if tou need a compression test on all cylinders i can get that for yall

Why did he think there is a problem with the heads?

Stop by a your local parts store, Advance, Autozone, O'Reillys, etc. They rent out tools for free, besides a little deposit, and grab a fuel pressure tester. What is the fuel pressure? And does it stay the same on a no start ? A car will still run (albeit not well) with bad head gaskets. I'm betting your not getting fuel. And just out of curiosity, and no disrespect towards your mechanic friend, but how did he check for bad head gaskets?

I dont know he checked around checked im guessing the ignition wire to the distributor, checked vaccumm lines, played with distributor, checkec some mlre around the motor, the fuel lines have a pressure gauge i really havent noticed it but he said that i was getting good pressure and then said i had cheap headgaskets and if it over heated much that that was the problem, that i needed my head gaskets replaced, he said i could be losing enough compression for it not to to start and i noticed moisture on one side of the heads and in the other it looks to be wet, and saying the car hasnt been messed with for a while till now, its weird that it would have wet or moisture, you know but ill get the fuel pressure checked out
