I was under my car the other day and saw that this leak was coming from behind a box looking thing (oil pan? transmission?) Im not sure but the leak is horrible, so Im wondering what it is and how to fix it. Is this the rear seal? Something else?

Please help this leak is pretty hefty...

Thanks

How much is "kinda pricey" roughly... Is this a do it yourself fix or better off taking it somewhere?

Its a dark brown/black (oil) The box says steeda on it so its aftermarket I'm just not exactly sure what it is. If I saw a picture of the bottom of a car I could tell you in a second. It may be he bottomof the oil pan, but agian I'm not sure.
