i guess we just have really stiff clutches im going to try and reroute the cable again and see if thats makes it better

i guess the TOB or the fork would do this right?

i thought about this for a minute,cause my buddy had the same problem then one day we went gear banging....then BOOM! we were like what the hell was that? then the peddle was easy to push in..what we found out was the fork was twisted just enough to cause a bind....what type of qaudrant are you using?

an aluminum quad rant with a firewall adjuster and then the MM universal clutch cable

IMO the pressure plate is worn. Happened to me on several clutches on several cars. Whenever it gets worn the pedal pressure increases. The cable has nothing to do with pedal stiffness. The cable controls pedal/clutch engagement.
