when i start it when its cold it dies. ussually 2 or 3 times then it idles fine.what is causing this thanks

my car does that too sometimes</P>


but i think its because mine had a bigger cam put in it</P>


so it idles rough, but i dont have to wait 2-3 mins to restart it i just wait a sec and then turn the key again and it stays runnin nicely for it to warm up</P>

You might wanna check your throttle postition senser. That might be bad.
