Default emissions test
ok im in ny and my brother told me that i can get it just safety inspected in my area and dont need emissions since its a 90 is this true

dunno, i know that classic vehicles (30 yrs. or 25 yrs. old i can't remember) don't have to have emmisions, I would really doubt that you are exempt.
