Not sure if oyu will be able to bring it up, but on a bone stock unworked engine Tmoss ported made like 216 RWHP with 290 Ft Lbs

Most definiatly those thumpers are just worked E7's ( Stock heads) Go to a local machine shop and get a quote for a valve job, new springs, Milling, and porting and see what they will charge you.... those Stage 2 heads are pretty cheap and flow nice numbers.... And 200 bones for a ported stock is cheap as well.... with all that you want and suspension mods as I listed you will be rocking 12's plus it looks stock as well you would F()ck alot of people up.... just be like yeah its bone stock dude, just got UD's and headers....
but that might just be wishful thiking
