Default GT40P Heads

i was looking to upgrade to the gt40p heads the are completly refurbished do you guys know what would be a good street strip cam size for those to get the most horse power out of them and if you know how much horse could i gain from those

TFS stage 1,or a e cam both would be good cams for the p's,and i would expect about a 30 or 40hp gain from the heads and cam.

I have the gt40p heads and i am going with the e303 cam because i got one for free. If i had to buy one i would get the tfs1 cam. They are pretty similar but the e cam isnt dual pattern.

is it also true you have to have different headers with the gt40p heads right now i have mac shortys and the full exhaust if so what would you recommind.

Frpp makes headers that will work with the p heads,and factorys will work,ask QUIK he should know if any others will work.

bbk unequals will work with them

just by bolting them on you gain about 15hp just in the bump in compression

the e cam is the ford racing cam right..?

when i made my statment i ment just by slapping them on you gain 15hp from the door. thats without taking into account they goodness of the head. just going by the CC of the head you gain about .5 in CR so thats about 15hp without taking into account the actual flow rate of the head
