Default Burnout Help...

Sold the auto 5.0. This is my first 5-speed and I want to know do a powerbrake/burnout in a manual 5.0. I heard it was a bit tricky. I have a new clutch, tires, and I'm ready to bring havoc to my neighborhood. So, all help is appreciated.

IT WILL F UP YOUR BRAKES. I learned the hard way. Rev up, drop the clutch, hold the brake and have fun. Pretty easy.

It's worth it if the burn out contest prize is a hot chick other wise I'll stick with lite'n em up on the go. Which I did this morning. It's sweet looking back and seeing TWO black marks.

its not that hard on the rear brakes. What u do is only give it just enough brake to keep the car from rolling, otherwise its no worse than slowing down from like a 60mph cruise... and he did it in his auto before, its prolly easier on the car now b/c its a 5 speed.

I guess you gotta know what you're doing. My tires are pretty much shot. Maybe I'll give a try before I go get new ones. Or maybe not.
