Default how ot change heater core

I was wondering what is invloved in chanding the heater core in my 92 lx. Are there any tricks to it or what?

Who needs a heater any ways! lol

If I ever had to replace that damn thing again I would just take a heater hose and bypass the heater core all together.

Yea, IMO its not even going through all of that work to replace. I would just leave it. You can still pull heat from the motor

Oh come on yall, its not that bad.... Try doin one in about a 96 blazer... It pays 9 hours.. Not only do you have to pull the dash, you have to pull the inner fender out too lol... Seriously don't let these guys talk you outa doin it... Its not hard at all. Just takes some time to do it and there are alot of screws....

yeah it is bypassed now but i like the comfort of heat when im cold...no need to drive my baby freezing cold.

Yea a hell of alot of screws. I mean, if you dont like the cold and your a little female than change it jp Nah but seriously, its not hard at all its just really time consuming and frustrating.

Most of the guys here I think dont use a heater core because there stangs are not used very much in winter.

I know I dont drive my car when its cold out. Just wear a big jacket you'll be fine.
