EGR / air pump blockoff plate for heads ??
I pulled the EGR / Air pump piping from my car as it is intended as a fun racer only. And no emmisions here.
So there is a black painted pipe that runs to the back of both heads...
Is there an available blockoff plate for those holes ?
I'd rather not pull the motor or heads to see how the plate would have to be fabricated. As the motor ran fine beforehand.
Will a plug work ?
Do I need an EGR spacer or can I leave the EGR valve attached to the upper intake in place ?
Thanks
Don't savage me too hard for being dumb...

I made a plate to block off the EGR valve, then bought the Plug for the sensor off ebay that sends a false reading to the computer that its working... Worked awesome!

heres a way to save money
one block off plate is made out of metal and silconed to spacer
for sensor take apart valve and then put sensor back in harness. just make sure you tape the pin pushed in
as for hole in heads. the hole is opened, so we got this stuff from Permatex called liquid filler. we just put a bolt and that stuff and kept pushing it in the hole then installed bolt. when hard its bascially solid.
money spent 6bucks in sealant.. and for metal we used an old license plate that we cut up
