Those MAC dumps don't take away too much backpressure do they? I've got a straight piped (2.25 inch) cat back right now and I need my back pressure back. I'm seriously looking into them to finish up my exhaust.

RE: MAC OR FLOW
Well I know that the straight pipes definentally help in the high rpms, but it acts like it's got a turbo on it lol, it don't really get up and go till about 2500 rpms. So I think that I might do those MAC dumps; they're cheap, I've got MAC headers and o/r h-pipe so it'll probably fit better than other brands, and it'll still be (somewhat) loud. Just one more question, when you are sitting there idling, you don't have any problems with exhaust fumes coming into your car do you, from underneath?

RE: MAC OR FLOW
Ok well I've had flows before too, and they do not sound the same. The mac is a little deeper, and i gained more power when i switched to mac. and ive had flowmasters dumped, and when i put the tailpipes on, i lost power from too much backpressure. But either way go with a 2.5" setup.
