I had a area manager at work ask me if I knew anyone that would be intrested in a stroked 302. I told him yea, why? He said he had one for a 95 cobra he had. His wife had got sick and he couldn't afford to keep his toys. He sold the car but had already ordered all the parts including a new block for the motor. He built it like his brothers bracket race motor, it runs 11's in 1/4. I got the motor complete except intake (i already had) + stock reworked heads king cobra clutch, fly Wheel, & $8000.00 dollars worth of receipts. Every thing was new never fired up for $2000.00, how'ed I do. Thanks for replies.

I have a '94 Cobra with almost the exact setup. The only difference is the displacement. Mine is still the 302 and I turned 300HP on the dyno. I do have an off-road pipe and flowmaster 40 series mufflers. Just as a side note, I turned 373 HP and 482 ft/lbs torgue on the Kick *** jet from my Compucar Street Heat kit. Love my 5.0!!!
